First off, I didn’t think interviews were always the same or
had the potential to be rehearsed so this whole read was very interesting to
me. One of the reoccurring things to do was to ask questions multiple times to
prompt the interviewer for what they were really looking for and then restating
your information in the format of what they need. It seems that almost every
response is based on reformatting the information that you know about the
employer into describing yourself. You should also never say anything negative
about yourself including weaknesses. There is no perfect interview; there will
always be “traps” that you can’t avoid. But be humble but firm, talk about your
positive marks, talk positively about your not so great parts and just prepare
for these questions ahead of time.
