[P2] the persuasive. subculture post.

The Goth and Vampire Culture pretty much go hand in hand, as both have pretty much been influenced by the other. The Goth culture, the style aesthetic and actions associated with the culture were influenced by Bauhaus(band), as well as vampires. Both groups can be visually identified by their pale skin, black/dark clothes and the entourage that they normally hangout in. Both groups thrive heavily on the group as a whole and coming together as a family.

The cultures have become so large through their continued spread into popular culture via books, movies, TV show and music. Thus, through the channels of TV and movies, there are even more avenues of exposure through drinks, clothes and home furnishings. Both groups have a big desire to live long, in a world full of pleasure and basically do as they wish. And just as the current culture is inspired by media, the image of the group continues to mold based on popular views of the material, aka tv movies/celebrities. Yes, many wear fangs(they have evolved past plastic onesie fangs) with dental caps or undergo dental word to attain fangs.

The interesting part about this culture is that the individuals within it are well-read not only in the world, but often of those cultures that not only build off theirs but many of the surroundings, such as other supernatural based groups.
